CBS Orders Multi-Camera Cop Sitcom “Brothered Up” To Pilot

CBS is diving into the multi-camera sitcom world once again with Brothered Up.

The show will be directed and executive produced by sitcom visionary James Burrows. The story will revolve around  Calvin (Romany Malco), a tough as nails African-American cop who is partnered with Farooq (Adhir Kalyan) who is his polar opposite. Together they will patrol the streets of Detroit in a situation comedy that is rife with timey subject matters to explore.

The show will co-star John C. McGinley as their commander who always tries to keep the two happy.  No premiere date has been set but keep reading That’s My Entertainment for all the latest updates on the show.
