Beginning Thursday, July 6, Los Angeles will welcome its 35th Annual OUTFEST. The iconic film festival is set to include several new LGBT-centric films spanning across a variety of genres including comedy, drama, and even a few documentaries.

This year boasts quite a selection of widely talked about films including “Becks”, a big winner at this year’s LA Film Festival. Other notable screenings and premieres include “Behind the Curtain: Todrick Hall”, “Hello Again”, “God’s Own Country”, “Strangers”, “Close Knit”, & “Freak Show”.

OUTFEST is also set to include screenings of classic LGBT films that have defined the genre and made it what it today. This includes a 20th Anniversary screening of Kevin Smith’s “Chasing Amy”, which Smith will be attending for a conversation after.
OUTFEST will begin Thursday, July 6th and run through Sunday, July 16th. Tickets and festival passes for OUTFEST may be purchased at outfest.org.
