Worlds Collide In “The Flash”
Barry Allen uses his superpowers to travel back in time in order to change the events of the past. But when his attempt to save his family inadvertently alters the future, Barry becomes trapped in a reality in which General Zod has returned, threatening annihilation, and there are no Super Heroes to turn to. That is unless Barry can coax a very different Batman out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian ultimately, to save the world that he is in and return to the future that he knows, Barry’s only hope is to race for his life. But will making the ultimate sacrifice be enough to reset the universe?
The film was decent but, It wasn’t as good as I hoped. There was something about it that didn’t feel as good as it could have. The action sequences were okay, the comedy was great, The storyline is good, and It didn’t steer too far off the comic. However, there were some eh moments, in my opinion. As a flash movie, it was decent at best. The CGI was off with certain things you can tell and take you out of the moment. But it was a good effort with what they could do. It was a good movie but not really it should have been on streaming not in the theaters. You can see where they are going with the movies. I saw a few subtle references throughout the film and I’m suspicious of why they were referenced in this film. I guess it wasn’t flashy enough for me. Overall I’d wait to see this on streaming.
