AMC Global Media is making a major return to Comic-Con International 2026 in San Diego with an impressive lineup of Hall H presentations, exclusive sneak peeks, fan screenings, and horror-themed panels that promise to be among the convention’s biggest attractions.

From the return of The Walking Dead: Dead City to the Hall H debut of The Vampire Lestat, as well as the world premiere of AMC+’s newest mystery thriller YAGA, AMC is bringing stars, creators, and exclusive first looks to fans throughout Comic-Con weekend.

The Walking Dead: Dead City Invades Hall H

Kicking off AMC’s programming on Friday, July 24, The Walking Dead: Dead City returns to Hall H from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a panel celebrating the upcoming third season, which premieres Sunday, July 26 on AMC and AMC+.

The panel will feature executive producers and stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan (“Negan”) and Lauren Cohan (“Maggie”), alongside Aimee Garcia, Raúl Castillo, showrunner Seth Hoffman, and executive producer Scott Gimple. Entertainment Weekly‘s Dalton Ross will moderate the discussion.

Fans attending the panel will also get an exclusive sneak peek at the season premiere.

Season three finds Maggie and Negan finally setting aside their differences to build Manhattan’s first thriving community since the apocalypse. However, when new chaos erupts throughout the city, both are forced to confront whether they’ve truly escaped the mistakes of their past—or if history is destined to repeat itself.

Special Advance Screening at Petco Park

Later that evening, AMC will host a special advance screening of the Season 3 premiere at The Loft at Petco Park from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. PT, introduced by members of the cast and producers.

Fans interested in attending can request tickets through the official 1iota event page.
Please note that tickets are limited, age restrictions apply, and travel or accommodations are not included.

The Vampire Lestat Makes Its Hall H Debut

Immediately following Dead City, The Vampire Lestat takes over Hall H from 12:30 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. on Friday.

The panel features cast members Jacob Anderson, Assad Zaman, and Eric Bogosian alongside creator and showrunner Rolin Jones and executive producers Mark Johnson and Hannah Moscovitch. Rotten Tomatoes editor Jacqueline Coley will moderate the discussion.

Fans will also get a look back at the electrifying The Vampire Lestat: One Night Only Live concert event, featuring original songs composed by Daniel Hart and performed by Sam Reid as Lestat.

The new season follows Lestat as he embarks on a massive concert tour while confronting ghosts from his rebellious past. As his fame grows among both vampires and humans, his influence threatens to reshape the supernatural world amid an unnatural surge in the vampire population known as the Great Conversion.

AMC+ Debuts New Mystery Thriller YAGA

AMC+ will also use Comic-Con to introduce audiences to its newest original series, YAGA, during a panel on Saturday, July 25, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Indigo Ballroom at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront.

Joining the panel are Noah Reid, Clark Backo, Carrie-Anne Moss, and showrunner Kat Sandler. The discussion will be moderated by TV Guide Magazine and TV Insider’s Damian Holbrook.

Based on Sandler’s stage play, YAGA reimagines the legendary Slavic tale of Baba Yaga as a contemporary mystery thriller. The series follows private investigator Rapp as he investigates the disappearance of a young heir in a quiet coastal town, uncovering ancient magic, hidden secrets, and a growing web of suspects along the way.

Attendees will receive an exclusive first look at the new series during the panel.

Horror Fans Have Plenty to Celebrate

AMC Global Media and Shudder will also participate in two horror-focused Comic-Con panels.

Bold Voice of Contemporary Horror Turns 10

Celebrating its tenth anniversary, the Bold Voice of Contemporary Horror panel takes place on Friday, July 24, from 4:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. in Room 6A.

The discussion features Deborah Ann Woll, star of Shudder’s upcoming film The Cycle, alongside Dan Stevens from The Terror: Devil in Silver. The panel will explore the current state of horror filmmaking while showcasing exclusive footage from upcoming releases and acclaimed festival favorites.

FANGORIA Returns with First in Fright

Later Friday evening, horror fans can head to Room 23ABC from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for the First in Fright with FANGORIA panel.

Joining the discussion is Devon Sawa, star of Shudder’s Hell Motel: Murder at Red Mountain. Fans can expect exclusive announcements, sneak peeks, and updates surrounding this year’s FANGORIA Chainsaw Awards, which will stream exclusively on Shudder on October 25.
