Did you see the premiere of Scorpion on CBS on September 22, 2014?
Well, if you didn’t, go to CBS.com and catch up!
Scorpion is based on the true accounts of Walter O’Brien. Genius Computer hacker with an IQ of 197. One of the “Gifted”. You have seen them in high school, middle school or elementary school. The kids who are solitary, and constantly thinking by the movement of their lips (this writer is a mother of a “Gifted” Child). You know, the kids you would reach out to for “advice”. Yep them. Elyes Gabel is the infamous Walter O’Brien. Katharine McPhee (you remember her from Smash) plays Paige Dineen, mother to Ralph Dineen – a gifted child. Paige is thrown into the whirlwind world of Geeks and the government. The government handler, Cabe Gallo (Robert Patrick), is the bridge between the geniuses and the government. Patrick and Gabel’s characters are trying to mend a mishap that occurred when they worked together previously.
This is definitely on my watchlist!!! I am excited to say that this is a great show, well done with a lot of action. A lot of action for the team and at the same time helping Paige to connect with her gifted son ( I could learn a couple things!).
It has been great so far. I’ll recap at the season finale!!
