Is there a separate category for sexiness??? Jupiter Ascending. What can I tell you about this film? See it in 3D (if you want to spend the money). You can’t understand a word that Eddie Redmayne is saying in the whole movie. It’s pretty cheesy and hard to follow.
I think that there was great action and a lot of fantasy (I mean who wants to be a hunted by aliens?) and I totally want a pair of boots that I can fly in!!
It is hard for me to see Channing Tatum in a fantasy film. I am more accustomed to him being in dance movies and Magic Mike…oh that is a dance movie too. Okay…some comedies (Like 21 and 22 Jump Street), but fantasy. No, he couldn’t do it. Don’t get me wrong. I love the guy, just in the right genre of movie. Maybe he is branching out.

Mila Kunis, looks great for sure. Pretty sure the film was pre-baby. Popular as her voice role of Meg Griffin on the TV Series of Family Guy and a rather long biography of films, I just didn’t think this was the film for her. Maybe it needed more. I am not sure. It was hard for me to see her in a fantasy film like her co-star, Channing Tatum.

The film needed more. There was too much back and forth for me and nothing really came to fruition. The potential for a great film was there….but short of it.

I would say, wait for this one on Netflix. Keep your $14 or $18 for ice cream.
